ATMA KRIYA YOGA - YOUR KEY TO A NEW LIFE

Meditation, yoga postures, breathing exercises, and mantra repetition are part of your daily Atma Kriya practice. It's up to you whether you want to practice for just 20 minutes or 50 minutes a day. This meditation course gives you a treasure chest full of tools over a weekend to support you in becoming your true self - in connection with the Divine. WHO CONDUCTS THE COURSE?

• No prior knowledge is required. Prior knowledge of yoga asanas or meditation is helpful but not essential. Join this course if it resonates with your heart!

The Ashram:

Shree Peetha Nilaya means "Residence of the Divine Mother." The Ashram is a place of devotion to God, embedded in Hindu ceremonies and lifestyle. Monks and nuns live and work here and are open to sharing their experiences! The Ashram is located half an hour's drive north of Wiesbaden, in the peaceful Taunus region. It's an ideal place to unwind and draw inspiration!

Accommodation:

• You have the choice between multi-bed rooms (3-5 persons) and single/double rooms.
• Please choose your preferred option when booking.

Food:

• Included are three vegan meals daily as well as:
o Dinner on the arrival day.
o Breakfast and lunch on the departure day.

Attire:

• Bring proper clothing to be comfortable, flexible, and warm, so we can meditate and also do some yoga postures together.
• The Ashram is an ideal place to align with the Divine and go inward. Therefore, we kindly ask our guests to dress comfortably and appropriately, i.e., covering shoulders and legs. It is also advisable to bring slippers, as, for example, the seminar room or temple cannot be entered with shoes.

Seminar Supplies:

• Please bring writing materials with you. Yoga mats will be provided.

Arrival by Train/Bus:

1. Download the German Railway/Bus App "DB Navigator":
o Apple Store

2. Search in the app for "Springen Bhakti Marga Zentrum, Heidenrod."
3. There are several connections, but the easiest option is to take Line 275 (towards Nastätten) to the "Kemel Ehemalige Taunuskaserne" stop. The stop is located in front of the east exit of Wiesbaden station.
4. Important: For the transfer at "Kemel Ehemalige Taunuskaserne," a reservation for the call bus towards "Springen Bhakti Marga Zentrum" is required. This should be done at least 90 minutes in advance at the telephone number +4961247265913.
