Frequently Asked Questions

• Go to the top navigation bar. 

• Click on Explore More.

• Then click on Events.

The new Events page uses two different checkout systems. So, depending on which type of event you choose, you may be directed to one of two different URLs:  

• In-person Events@SPN: events.bhaktimarga.org
• Online Events: onlineevents.bhaktimarga.org

• Click on the event

• Choose the room-type on the top 

• Fill in the data 

• Add to cart

• Finalize the registration

For this specific events, please write your room-request to registration@bhaktimarga.org 

• Go to the top navigation bar.

• Click on LOGIN. 

• Enter your existing Bhakti ID email and password. (You don’t need to create a new Bhakti ID if you already have one.)

• If you don’t have a Bhakti ID, you will be prompted to create one.  Or, you may also sign in as a guest. 

• When you are logged in, your checkout screen will be automatically filled in with your data. 

• Plus, you will be able to see your new Events in your My Events section of the new events page.

• Go to the top navigation bar, and click on My Events
• You will notice that your In-Person SPN Events and Online Events are now split into two sections.

• You will find all your previous events through your Bhakti ID under https://bhaktimarga.org/my-account/my-orders.
• New events will be found on the new Events page. 

• No, you don’t need to register again on the new events page.

• Go to My Events in the top navigation bar.

• Locate your event in either My Events@SPN or My Online Events

• Click on Cancel

• In the Order Actions section, click on ‘Click Here’ which will open up an email 

• Fill in the required details and send the email

• We will send you a cancellation confirmation email as soon as we process your request.

• Yes, if you go to the top navigation bar and click on Calendar, you will be able to see all the events in a Calendar format.

• The separation allows the new events page to be more stable and run faster.

• If there is a problem on bhaktimarga.org, it will not affect the new events page and you will still be able to access your My Events section as long as you are logged into your Bhakti ID.

• No. In fact, this new system was specifically designed to handle the large volume of transactions we have during online darshan registration.
